- Serving and consulting credit union members and customers on financial services issues.
- Active sales of financial products (accounts, deposits, payment cards, loans, etc.).
- Executing daily customer/member transactions.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Higher education (in finance, economics, management or related field).
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (financial sector is an advantage).
- Ability to communicate with customers and actively offer services.
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to work according to established procedures.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Adherence to ethics, confidentiality and professional culture.
