Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and diligent sales support specialist who would contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team by performing daily administrative and organizational tasks.
Functions
- Administration of customer inquiries in English and Lithuanian (by email and phone);
- Checking the suitability of car parts in the internal system;
- Coordinating order fulfillment, returns and other customer service processes;
- Maintaining smooth communication and long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of car structure and parts;
- Experience in customer service;
- Ability to work responsibly, respond quickly and resolve emerging situations.
