Main Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Import of hot water and heat accounting data into accounting systems, error analysis and correction;
  • Administration of meter readings: data processing, correction, entering meter replacement acts;
  • Administration of customer appeals to e-mail;
  • Performing calculations and analyzing heat distribution in buildings, applying methods, administering objects;
  • Preparing reports (heat, income, compensations) and providing information to internal departments and external institutions;
  • Providing information about hot water consumption to house administrators;
  • Administration of VAT invoices and document management in the document management system;
  • Consumer consulting in writing and by telephone, handling inquiries and complaints.

Expectations for a future colleague:

  • Higher or higher education (in economics, finance or a similar field - an advantage);
  • Ability to work with large-scale data, analyze and accurately process it;
  • Experience or desire to work with accounting and (or) information systems (experience with IS "Grandis" - an advantage);
  • Good computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word);
  • Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to independently organize work and solve problems;
  • Good communication skills, ability to communicate in writing and by phone.

Salary

1400-1600 €/mon. gross
Specific salaries are offered based on work experience and competence.
