Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Import of hot water and heat accounting data into accounting systems, error analysis and correction;
- Administration of meter readings: data processing, correction, entering meter replacement acts;
- Administration of customer appeals to e-mail;
- Performing calculations and analyzing heat distribution in buildings, applying methods, administering objects;
- Preparing reports (heat, income, compensations) and providing information to internal departments and external institutions;
- Providing information about hot water consumption to house administrators;
- Administration of VAT invoices and document management in the document management system;
- Consumer consulting in writing and by telephone, handling inquiries and complaints.
Expectations for a future colleague:
- Higher or higher education (in economics, finance or a similar field - an advantage);
- Ability to work with large-scale data, analyze and accurately process it;
- Experience or desire to work with accounting and (or) information systems (experience with IS "Grandis" - an advantage);
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word);
- Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to independently organize work and solve problems;
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate in writing and by phone.
