📝 What will you do every day?
- You will be the first point of contact for customers – answering calls and emails.
- You will provide clear and professional advice and help find solutions.
- You will register orders and work with internal systems.
- You will coordinate the resolution of problem situations and manage customer inquiries.
- You will prepare and conclude service agreements.
- You will cooperate with colleagues to ensure that all processes run smoothly.
🎯 What we expect from you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- You are good at working with a computer (MS Office or other systems are not new to you).
- You are motivated, result-oriented and able to work smoothly in a team.
- You are able to communicate clearly and remain professional even in difficult situations.
- You remain professional, patient and able to control the conversation.
- You strive to improve in the field of customer service and want to grow with the organization, contributing to its overall success.
