Nature of work
- Professional customer service by phone (incoming calls) and e-mail.
- Resolving customer inquiries and finding the best solution.
- Presenting services/current promotions to existing and potential customers by phone (outgoing calls)
- Reviewing video surveillance records and responding if rules are violated.
- Working hours Mon-Fri 10 am-6 pm In the office
Employee requirements
- Fluent in Lithuanian.
- Ability to communicate in English (some clients are foreigners)
- Ability to quickly absorb information, respond quickly to changes.
- Willingness to constantly improve and look for solutions to make the customer service and sales process easier for both yourself and the client.
- Good computer skills
- Experience in customer service/sales would be a great advantage
