Nature of work
Direct customer/patient service;
Informing customers/patients about the medical services provided by the company;
Registering customers/patients for doctor consultations and medical examinations;
Administration of registration documents;
Working with the FOXUS computer program;
Working with the cash register;
Taking care of the positive image of the clinic;
Ensuring high quality customer service;
Full-time work on weekdays according to a pre-arranged schedule (clinic working hours I-V 7:30 - 22:00. VI 8:00 - 20:00 VII 8:00 - 17:00.);

Registering customers/patients for doctor consultations and medical examinations;

Employee requirements
Higher university/non-university education;
Experience related to direct customer service (advantage);
Good MC Office skills;

High level of personal culture and excellent communication skills;
Ability to sell, helpfulness, orientation to the result.
