Customer Service Specialist

You will advise customers by phone and e-mail regarding electronic orders.
You will administer e-pharmacy orders and ensure their smooth execution.
You will resolve customer issues and situations related to electronic orders.
You will register customers for vaccination services.

Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian.
Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
Polite communication, customer orientation and ability to resolve emerging situations.
Experience in customer service or similar work would be an advantage.
