What will you do every day?
- You will consult and serve the company's existing clients, ensuring high quality of service
- You will actively maintain contact with former clients and look for opportunities to renew cooperation
- You will prepare transportation offers and perform price calculations according to customer needs
- You will administer the customer database and ensure data accuracy and updating
- You will search for new clients and expand the circle of potential clients as needed
- You will closely cooperate with the sales and transport management teams
- You will ensure smooth customer service by replacing sales colleagues during their visits
- You will contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and quality assurance
We hope you:
- You have customer service or sales experience
- You are customer-oriented and have high service quality
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing.
- You are able to communicate in English (knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage)
- You are responsible, diligent and have good work organization
- You like working in a team and achieving common results
- You are able to quickly navigate changing situations and make decisions independently
- You have the motivation to learn and grow in the field of logistics
