We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our customer service team and answer customer inquiries and take care of our FAQ section.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our customer service team and answer customer inquiries and take care of our FAQ section.
What will need to be done
- Respond to customer inquiries via LiveChat, email and other channels
- Resolve customer issues related to integrations, escalating more complex cases to the IT team
- Collect and communicate customer suggestions and feedback on new products and features
- Collaborate with sales, IT and manufacturing teams to effectively resolve customer issues
- Communicate with shipping carriers regarding shipping issues, prepare and track lost shipment claims
What are we looking for
- Experience in customer service or similar field
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams (sales, IT, manufacturing)
- Knowledge of shipping processes and claims handling is an advantage
- Ability to work full-time, alternating day and evening shifts, including weekends
