We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to whom we will entrust:
- Communication and timely provision of information to customers and drivers;
- Constant control of order fulfillment time and order status;
- Control of the loading process and transit time;
- Prompt response to customer inquiries.
We hope you:
- You are fluent in English and Russian; (knowledge of both languages is required)
- You are able and enjoy communicating with customers, collaborating with colleagues, solving emerging work problems;
- You are result-oriented and goal-oriented;
- You are a responsible, meticulous person;
- You have experience in the transport and logistics sector (an advantage).
