Nature of work
- Preparation and administration of purchase and sales invoices.
- Communication with existing customers by phone and e-mail.
- Data entry and administration in the VVS system.
- Preparation and management of contracts, company documents and other documentation.
- Preparation of reports and accumulation of information.
- Assistance in ensuring smooth daily administrative work.
We hope you
- You are responsible, meticulous and organized.
- You have work experience in administration, customer service or document management.
- You are good at MS Office programs, especially Excel.
- You are able to plan your work effectively and meet deadlines.
- You know how to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
- We consider experience working with VVS/ERP systems an advantage.
- Experience in preparing contracts, invoices and other company documents would be an advantage.
- Interest in the agricultural sector would be an advantage.
