German ferry company TT-Line GmbH is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its Klaipėda office.
Job type - passenger registration for ferries;
Working hours - full-time. Expected to work on weekends (1-2 weekends per month) and non-standard working hours (mostly evenings, after 5 pm).

Employee requirements
- Experience in customer service - an advantage;
- Experience in the field of transport or shipping - a great advantage;

- Personal qualities - internal motivation, curiosity, diligence, desire and ability to communicate pleasantly - a must
