Hello, we present our OlyBet team! And we invite you to join the ranks of our customer service specialists. If you lack knowledge about the cuisine of the Sports Bar and Entertainment Area - do not be afraid, because we will provide you not only with knowledge, but also with a great mood.
What will your working day look like:
- a lot of communication, because you will need to present betting services to customers;
- attentive customer service, maintaining general order in the hall - it's all about creating a cozy environment, because that's what sets us apart from others;
- accepting bets and properly entering them into the system;
- careful work with the cash register, cash, accurate calculation and payment of winnings;
- preparing internal reports (all instructions are provided on how to do this easily).
What do we expect from you:
- age 21 and older (according to the Law on Gambling of the Republic of Lithuania);
- good communication skills;
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and night shifts (until 01–03 am).
- interest in sports (not required);
- experience in similar work, especially working with a cash register would be a considerable advantage;
- knowledge of English and/or Russian (advantage).
