What are you going to do?
- I will communicate with customers by phone and e-mail, ensuring high quality customer service;
- I will administer customer orders and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information entry into systems;
- I will coordinate transportation processes and cooperate with terminals, carriers and partners in Scandinavia;
- I will actively resolve customer issues and look for the most effective solutions in non-standard situations;
- I will administer transportation documents and other transportation-related information;
- I will work with company systems (Salesforce, Carlo, Track & Trace, etc.);
- I will contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and quality assurance.
We hope you:
- You are fluent in Norwegian or Swedish (written and spoken);
- You have at least B1–B2 level of English;
- You are customer-oriented and able to maintain professionalism even in dynamic situations;
- You have experience in customer service or administration;
- You are able to independently plan your work and make decisions;
- You work well in a team and are able to collaborate with different colleagues and partners;
- You are proficient in MS Office programs.
Advantages:
- Experience in transport, logistics or supply chain;
- Experience with CRM or transport management systems;
- Knowledge of the Scandinavian market.
