Primary responsibilities
- Professional and courteous communication with customers over the phone
- Analysis of customer inquiries and effective problem solving
- Accurate entry of data and customer information into internal systems
- Collaboration with partners to ensure the highest level of service
- Continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
Requirements for the candidate
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian (English and Russian are a big advantage)
- Ability to work in a team and effective time management
- Positive attitude, customer and quality orientation and willingness to help people
- Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a necessity
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
- Possibility to work full-time
