Nature of work
- Providing service and consulting to credit union members and clients on financial services.
- Active sales of financial products (accounts, deposits, payment cards, loans, etc.).
- Performing cash and cash transactions, controlling cash balances.
- Accepting and executing payments, orders and contributions.
- Concluding contracts (accounts, deposits and other services) in accordance with the granted powers.
- Updating client data, document management.
- Compliance with internal control, money laundering and terrorist financing prevention requirements.
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- Higher education (in finance, economics, management or related field).
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience (financial sector is an advantage).
- Ability to communicate with customers and actively offer services.
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to work according to established procedures.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Compliance with ethics, confidentiality and professional culture.
