Nature of work

The “Perlo draudimas” team is growing, so we are looking for a customer service specialist for telephone work in our new office in the center of Vilnius, Švitrigailos g. 11B.

Briefly about the job:

  • you will work Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00, weekends and holidays are free;
  • no cold calls: you will only call our clients and people who have left a request on the website;
  • after the trial period, you will be able to work remotely for part of the time;
  • insurance experience is not necessary, we will teach you everything.

What you will do:

  • You will answer customer calls by short number 1652 and answer questions about insurance.
  • You will call back people who left a request or calculated the price on perlodraudimas.lt.
  • You will remind customers about the expiring policy and offer to extend it.
  • You will compare offers from several insurance companies and help the client choose the most suitable one.
  • You will formalize insurance contracts in our system.

Employee requirements

  • You speak Lithuanian fluently and clearly.
  • You enjoy communicating on the phone and helping people make decisions.
  • You are comfortable working with a computer.
  • You are attentive to details: every number in an insurance contract is important.
  • Experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Russian would be an advantage.

  • Fixed salary and bonuses for results every month. The upper limit of bonuses is not limited, they are paid even during the trial period.
  • Working hours I-F, 8:00-17:00. Weekends and holidays are free.
  • Training from day one. For the first 3 months, you will learn insurance products and our systems, and there will be many experienced colleagues nearby who will help.
  • Only warm contacts. You will not need to look for new clients, inquiries come from the website and existing clients.
  • A new, modern office in the center of Vilnius, Švitrigailos g. 11B.
