Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated, responsible and diligent employee to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
This position is responsible for quickly and accurately entering cargo orders into the system, assisting the dispatch team and ensuring a high level of customer service.

This position is responsible for quickly and accurately entering cargo orders into the system, assisting the dispatch team and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately enter cargo information into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Provide prompt and effective support to the Operations team, ensuring a smooth work process.
- Be the main contact person for customers and partners, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Inform all relevant parties about important changes, such as changes to meeting times, cancellations or delays.

Required knowledge and skills
Working hours: Monday - Friday from 15:00 - 00:00 Lithuanian time (7:00 to 16:00 CST) + one working Saturday every two months.
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
- Ability to effectively multi-task and plan time.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Diligence and attention to detail.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills.
- Accurate and fast data entry.
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic office environment.
- Paid vacation (PTO).
- Friendly, energetic and motivating work environment.
- Work in a US capital company.
- Comfortable office in Telšiai.
