What your working day will look like:
- I will serve clients professionally and give them consultations over the phone.
- I will organize the collection and delivery of packages.
- You will manage complex situations and help clients find the best solutions.
You will need these qualities to be successful in this job:
- Communicative, polite and responsible.
- Similar work experience and a positive attitude towards working with customers.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Lithuanian.
- Knowledge of English and Russian (an advantage).
