We are looking for a colleague who:
- serve customers who come to the department and find out their needs;
- accept, register, examine and direct requests for execution in the necessary information systems;
- prepare answers and issue documents by electronic means;
- formed payment documents and invoices for fulfilled requests and orders;
- provide on-demand register data sets;
- ensuring the quality of customer service.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher education or equivalent;
- experience in customer service;
- strong orientation towards high quality customer service;
- ability to quickly absorb information;
- ability to work with the Microsoft Office program package and other information systems necessary to perform the functions assigned to this position;
- responsibility, diligence, positivity, ability to work in a team;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- B1 level of English;
- category B driver's license;
