Nature of work
Customer service by phone and email - provide professional assistance and answer questions, ensuring a flawless experience;
Credit assessment - assess the financial situation of customers according to the rules set by the company;
Providing loan offers - listen to customer needs and provide the most optimal solutions.
Other work related to the company's customer service and administration.

What do we expect from you:
Excellent communication skills – able to listen, understand and present the best offers;
Fast learner – willing to improve, absorb new knowledge and achieve high results;
Computer skills and fluent Lithuanian (both written and spoken);
Experience in customer service or sales – essential. We will consider experience in the financial sector as a huge advantage.
