As Vilnelės Clinics grows, we are expanding our team and are looking for a customer service specialist to work in the clinic's registry, who would contribute to creating a smooth patient experience.

What will you do every day?
- You will work at the clinic reception and be the first point of contact for patients
- You will greet patients and ensure their smooth experience at the clinic
- You will answer calls and provide information
- You will register patients and coordinate visits
- You will manage documents and medical records
- You will accept payments for services and administer billing
- You will collaborate with doctors and other clinic staff

- Customer service or administration experience (advantage – in a healthcare institution)
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Responsibility, diligence, organization and ability to independently solve situations
- Ability to work in a team
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of English
- At least higher education (advantage)
