Nature of work:
- Professional service to hotel guests;
- Implementation of check-in/check-out procedures,
- Reservation management in the Opera Cloud system;
- Responding to guest inquiries, resolving daily situations;
- Performing administrative tasks;
- Participating in the implementation of events and internal initiatives;
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
We hope you:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (in a hotel - an advantage);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Positive attitude and customer orientation;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (other languages - an advantage);
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule;
- Responsibility for various management systems;
- Responsibility and desire to improve.
