What awaits you:
- Communication with B2B and B2C customers via email, social media and phone – you will answer inquiries, help solve everyday issues and find solutions in non-standard situations;
- You will analyze the most common customer questions – you will contribute to the development of the customer service team;
- You will collect and analyze customer feedback and complaints – you will look for reasons and suggest ways to improve the experience;
- You will cooperate with various departments of the company so that customers always receive quick and accurate answers;
- You will consult with colleagues at the car washes – you will be the person to turn to even in the most difficult situations.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a university or higher education;
- You are excellent at working with computers – especially with CRM systems and MS Office programs;
- You are able to independently plan your time and effectively manage your work priorities;
- Identifying customer needs and solving problems – your strengths. You are fast, creative and able to find solutions even in complex situations;
- You are result-oriented – you strive for high customer satisfaction and service quality indicators;
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian, both written (correct grammar) and spoken;
- You have very good command of English – both written and spoken;
- You have work experience in customer service (an advantage).
