YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- consulting customers by phone and e-mail in accordance with internal service standards, ensuring a positive customer experience;
- prompt and constructive resolution of problems arising in order fulfillment;
- systematization of information in internal databases and preparation of documentation.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you are brave and not afraid to pick up the phone;
- you communicate fluently, are able to clearly express your thoughts both orally and in writing in Lithuanian;
- you have experience in customer service (only an advantage), and if not - your internal motivation and good energy will be a great alternative for us;
- you are able to express your thoughts fluently and express your insights in a reasoned manner;
- you are meticulous, responsible, independent and result-oriented;
- you know the rules of clerical work and have good computer skills (especially when working with EXEL).
