What will you do every day
This is active work with the client, solutions and the result.
- You will communicate with clients by phone, email. via email and chat channels
- Resolve customer financial issues quickly and professionally
- Evaluate customer solvency and documents
- Make additional sales to already interested customers
- Consult customers facing payment difficulties and communicate with customers on debt issues
What we are looking for
- 1+ years of experience in telesales, debt collection or customer service by phone
- Good computer skills and ability to work with various systems (CRM, MS Office, internal platforms)
- Language skills: Lithuanian – native; English – required; Russian - an advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with the client
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Diligence and responsibility

This is an active, result-driven role working directly with customers.
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve finance related customers' inquiries in a fast and professional way
- Assess customers' creditworthiness and documentation
- Perform additional sales to already interested customers
- Support customers experiencing payment difficulties and communicate professionally with customers regarding overdue payments
What we are looking for
- 1+ year of experience in telesales, debt collections, customer service over the phone
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems (CRM, MS Office, internal tools)
- Languages: Lithuanian (native); English (required); Russian (desirable)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
