You will be responsible for:
- coordination of customer inquiries and complaints;
- collection of relevant information from different departments and its presentation to customers;
- analysis of customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, identifying recurring problems and potential risks;

- proposing proposals and implementing initiatives, improving customer experience and company operating processes.
