- Professionally communicate with existing and potential Clients through various channels – live chat, e-mail and telephone;
- Consult Clients on issues of concern to them and present the services and products provided by 7bet;
- Actively cooperate with the team to ensure the highest quality of Customer service;
- Contribute to the implementation of the common goals of 7bet in close cooperation with other departments of the company;
- Monitor operations, assess potential risks and help ensure the smooth operation of processes;
- Work with internal systems and ensure their accurate administration.
