Customer Service Specialist

Flexible work schedule, two shifts: 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00 (work every other weekend)

What awaits you in the position?

• You will communicate with customers - inform them about services, answer questions and help them make decisions;
• You will evaluate customer applications according to clear rules, make decisions on the amount and conditions of loans;
• You will make additional sales to already interested customers;
• You will check applications submitted by partners and make decisions on contracts.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience in customer service;
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn sales (sales experience would be an advantage);
• Quick orientation, responsibility and result-oriented;
• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude to work;
• Most importantly - a desire to learn and improve;
• Knowledge of English.
