About the company:
JUGUM client Inlook is an international company operating in Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and Estonia. The company specializes in powder coating of aluminum products used in the construction sector. We invite a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST in Vilnius to join the team! We are looking for a responsible, organized and communicative team member who would ensure professional customer service, coordinate order processes and contribute to the development of long-term relationships with customers. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, communication with customers and process management.
You will need to:
Administer and coordinate customer orders;
Communicate with customers daily by phone and e-mail;
Provide customers with information about the progress of orders, production deadlines and delivery;
Cooperate with production and warehouse teams;
Prepare commercial offers and related documentation;
Administer data in internal systems;
To promptly resolve emerging situations and advise clients;
To ensure professional and high-quality customer service.
You will need to:

Have experience in customer service, administration or coordination;
Able to communicate professionally and clearly;
Are organized, responsible and meticulous;
Know how to plan time and prioritize work;
Able to work both independently and in a team;
Have good computer skills (MS Office);
Have experience working with AutoCAD and know how to read drawings - an advantage;
Ability to communicate in English - an advantage;
Experience in production, customer service or B2B sector - an advantage.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 7:00 - 16:00;
Friday and Saturday - days off.
Work location:
Pripetės g. 1, Vilnius.
