Nature of work
- Quality customer consultation by phone (incoming calls) and e-mail.
- Solving various problem situations, providing customer assistance here and now.
- Customer consultation and education, ensuring a positive experience.
- Working with special internal company programs (LiveAgent, SAP and others).
- Close cooperation with other departments, ensuring smooth communication and improving platform functionalities.
Employee requirements
- At least secondary education.
- Work experience in customer service.
- Excellent computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP system is a great advantage).
- Ability to process large amounts of information and perform several tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, logical thinking.
