TF Bank is looking for a new team member who will be responsible for smooth and professional customer service. You will join an energetic, results-oriented team that values collaboration, quality, and a positive customer experience.
What will your working day look like?
- You will communicate with customers by phone and email, consult and present bank services;
- You will ensure fast, professional and pleasant customer service;
- You will accept and administer customer applications and inquiries;
- You will contribute to creating a positive customer experience.
What do we expect from you?
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently;
- You are communicative, attentive to details and result-oriented;
- You are confident in communicating with clients and are able to maintain strong, professional communication even in complex situations.
- You know how to professionally solve client issues and situations.
