Customer Service Specialist

You will be the first person our customer meets. This position is not just about answering emails - it is about actively participating in the sales process, building relationships with customers and applying product knowledge in real conversations. You will work with people who care about their health - and your advice really matters to them. You will be an important link between the customer, suppliers, sales and marketing teams - ensuring that information, solutions and products reach the customer in a timely and appropriate manner.

–Communication with existing and potential customers and suppliers – fast, friendly and competent;
–Order administration: tracking, delivery issues, returns, complaints;
–Promoting repeat sales – working with existing customers and making offers based on their needs;
–Preparing commercial offers and coordinating orders together with the sales team;
–Collaborating with logistics, warehouse and marketing teams for smooth execution;
–Managing customer data in the CRM system, analyzing feedback and regular reports;
–Participating in developing and improving customer service processes and standards.

–Excellent communication skills – you know how to communicate clearly, pleasantly and effectively in writing and orally;
–Excellent command of Lithuanian, satisfactory level of English (B1+) (orders, communication with suppliers);
–Ability to work with a computer and e-commerce tools (mail, CRM, MS Office);
–Experience in customer service or administration – an advantage, but not a necessity;
–Attention to detail, responsibility and independence;
–Interest in a healthy lifestyle or natural products – a welcome advantage.

1500-1800 €/mon. gross
Salary: negotiable, depending on experience and competencies.
