What awaits you in the position?
- Communicate with clients - inform them about services, answer questions and help them make decisions;
- Evaluate client applications according to clear rules, make decisions on loan amounts and conditions;
- Upsell to already interested clients;
- Check applications submitted by partners and make decisions on contracts.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in customer service;
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn sales (sales experience would be an advantage);
- Quick orientation, responsibility and result-oriented;
- Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude to work;
- Most importantly - a desire to learn and improve;
- Knowledge of the English language.
