- You have experience in customer service (call center or similar);
- You know the destinations of leisure trips, and if not - you can learn quickly;
- You communicate well in various ways - by phone, e-mail, messenger, whatsapp and any other way;
- Technology - your loyal friend, not that awkward stranger;
- Your Lithuanian writing skills and attentiveness are at such a level that you found a mistake in the point above;
- You can work full-time in shifts and on weekends (shifts are: 7-16, 9-18, 10-19, 13-22, all shifts are worked alternately);
- You do not need a nanny at work - you can and want to take responsibility for yourself.
Now we are ready to talk. So what should be done?
- You will advise AirGuru customers and help them choose their dream vacation from our website catalog or create offers yourself 😎;
- You will help our customers conveniently and quickly book trips online - you will answer questions, remind them of important details, book hotels, check in for flights, etc.;
- You will solve the problems that arise and the most curious situations that only occur in tourism! 😄
- You will have a LOT of work - maybe sometimes even too much to keep up with everything, but with the team everything is possible.
