- Claims management
- Working with the business management system - Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Internal dissemination of information to colleagues about the status of customer order fulfillment, products
- Preparing and submitting product packaging reports to application security authorities
- Online shopping coordination - order fulfillment, communication with B2C customers (during the replacement of colleagues)
We hope that:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
- You have basic computer literacy and have worked with a business management system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- You are able to constructively and promptly solve problems that arise
- You know the basics of ethics and the principles of smooth and professional customer service
- You are comfortable working individually, while also being part of a team
- You easily memorize information and can work productively with several orders at the same time
- You communicate easily in English.
