Nature of work
Direct customer/patient service;
Informing customers/patients about the medical services provided by the company;
Registering customers/patients for doctor consultations and medical examinations;
Administration of registration documents;
Working with the FOXUS computer program;
Working with the cash register;
Taking care of the positive image of the clinic;
Ensuring high quality customer service;
Shift work schedule: clinic working hours: 6:00 - 00:00
Working in two clinic locations – Laisvės pr. 64a and Račių g. 1, Vilnius.
Shift work schedule: 0.75–1 full-time equivalent according to a pre-arranged schedule: weekdays – evening shifts (e.g. 18:30-00:00), Saturdays (7:30 - 19:00) or Sundays (8:00 -16:00). Work opportunities are arranged individually.

Employee requirements
Higher university/non-university education;
Experience related to direct customer service (advantage);
Good MC Office skills;
Knowledge of English and Russian;
High level of personal culture and excellent communication skills;
Helpfulness, result orientation.
