Nature of work
Your main goal is to professionally serve existing business clients, understand their needs, offer suitable products and contribute to sales growth.
Daily:
Place of work: Geologų g. 6, Vilnius.
Daily:
- Communicate with existing business clients live, by phone and e-mail;
- Identify customer needs, consult and select the most suitable products and solutions;
- Actively offer customers products that meet their needs and look for additional sales opportunities;
- Accept and manage customer orders from inquiry to fulfillment;
- Select and issue goods to customers;
- Work with an assortment of freight transport spare parts, identify and select them according to customer needs;
- If necessary, deliver goods to customers by company transport;
- Cooperate with colleagues in other departments of the company to ensure that the customer receives the best solution.

Employee requirements
This position will be best suited to someone who already has experience working with business clients and understands that good customer service is inseparable from sales results.
We expect that:
We will consider experience working with car parts, technical goods or other technical assortment an advantage. Experience in freight transport details is not necessary.
We expect that:
- You have experience working with business clients (B2B) in the field of customer service, trade or sales;
- You have consulted clients, worked with their inquiries and orders;
- You easily establish and maintain a professional relationship with different clients;
- You are active and proactive - when communicating with clients, you notice additional sales opportunities and take advantage of them;
- You quickly understand new information and are able to independently find the necessary solution;
- You are able to clarify the client's need, offer the right product and notice additional sales opportunities;
- You responsibly manage your tasks and take responsibility for the result;
- You have a category B driver's license.
We will consider experience working with car parts, technical goods or other technical assortment an advantage. Experience in freight transport details is not necessary.
