You will be responsible for:
- Providing information about the Company's services via electronic means of communication, telephone and live customer service in customer service centers;
- Providing information about the provision of public transport, car parking and other company services and handling related inquiries;
- Preparing written responses to customer inquiries;
- Providing effective solutions to customer issues in order to increase service efficiency;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
We care, so we expect you to:
- Have at least a higher non-university education;
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in customer service;
- Able to work in a team, have excellent communication and complex/conflict situation resolution skills;
- Able to make decisions, effectively manage a large flow of information and ensure quality service;
- Excellent command of the state language, both orally and in writing;
- Good command of a foreign language (English, Russian or Polish) both orally and in writing;
- Have excellent computer skills.
