We are an e-commerce company selling products from Lithuanian and European manufacturers on the Amazon platform and developing our own DTC projects – online stores where we sell products directly to consumers.
We are looking for a team member to help our customers in Lithuania and abroad: answer questions about products, help resolve delivery issues and other problems related to orders.

Your main responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls in Lithuanian and English.
- Reply to customer emails and WhatsApp messages in Lithuanian and English.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, orders and delivery.
- Search for late or missing shipments, communicate with couriers and delivery partners.
- Resolve customer issues regarding undelivered, incorrect or damaged goods, returns and other order issues.
- Record customer requests and follow up on their resolution until the final result.
- Observe recurring issues and provide suggestions on how to improve customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and good English – daily communication by phone and in writing will be required in both languages.
- Ability to communicate politely, clearly and patiently, including with dissatisfied customers.
- Responsibility and initiative: ability to independently find a solution and complete a task.
- Attention to detail and ability to systematize information.
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Basic skills in working with Word, Excel and other computer programs.
- Want to learn about the company's products and e-commerce processes.
- Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
