About the position:

We are an e-commerce company that sells its products to customers all over the world. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Your main tasks:
Professional customer service via email in English;
Receiving, coordinating and managing customer orders;
Solving customer questions and problems;
Working with the Shopify platform;
Collaborating with the team to resolve daily issues.
