About the position:
DANBALT INTERNATIONAL team is looking for a new colleague – Customer Service Specialist in Vilnius.
We are looking for someone who enjoys communication, problem solving and who understands that good customer service is not just about answering a question, but also about a pleasant customer experience.

Your main tasks:
- Communication with customers by phone;
- Administration of customer inquiries by e-mail and other communication channels;
- Consulting on products, orders, delivery, exchange and return;
- Resolving customer problems and non-standard situations;
- Assistance to the Latvian and Estonian customer service team;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company in order to quickly and qualitatively resolve customer issues.
What do we expect from you:
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Communicative skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
- Ability to quickly navigate situations and make decisions;
- Empathy and patience when communicating with customers;
- Ability to maintain professional and calm communication in more complex situations;
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Good computer skills.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of Russian, Polish and/or English;
- Previous work experience in customer service;
- Experience in e-commerce.
