Nature of work
Working on a rotating schedule, both day and night shifts.
Greeting guests and performing check-in / check-out.
Monitoring hotel occupancy and managing daily operations according to hotel rules.
Allocating rooms and suites to guests, trying to fulfill special requests.
Cooperation with the Housekeeping department - late check-outs, early arrivals, special requests.
Accepting payments and accurately recording them in guest accounts.
Receiving telephone calls and other guest inquiries discreetly.
Maintaining the order of the workplace.
Resolving guest problems, presenting hotel services and amenities, providing recommendations on local attractions.

Employee requirements
Hospitality experience is an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, responding quickly to situations.
Strong customer service skills.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule (including night shifts).
Basic knowledge of hotel operations and computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Opera.
