YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
■Maintaining and developing working relationships with existing clients in Lithuania and Latvia by phone and email.
■Being the “first line of service” for existing clients.
■Quick response to daily client inquiries and resolving any problems that arise.
■Providing information about products and services.
■Executing and tracking orders for cards and toll devices.
■Working with client management programs and other internal tools.
■Cooperation with the sales department (including active identification of client needs, providing individual offers, receiving feedback, joint client visits).
■Close cooperation with the head office and offices in other countries.
■Being the “first line of service” for existing clients.
■Quick response to daily client inquiries and resolving any problems that arise.
■Providing information about products and services.

■Salary: 2150–2300 EUR gross + quarterly bonuses.

EXPECTATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:
■Experience in B2B customer service.
■Higher education.
■Good computer skills.
■Knowledge of Russian and English is required. Knowledge of Latvian is an advantage.
■Orientation towards finding solutions, ability to independently solve customer problems.
■Analytical thinking, attention to detail and communication skills.
