🔹Clear speech, positive tone and patience;
🔹Excellent Lithuanian language skills (English or Russian is an advantage, but not a necessity);
🔹Responsibility and desire to improve;
🔹Ability to remain calm even when the client is "boiling" like a teapot;
🔹Computer savvy - if you know how to navigate, write and quickly orient yourself, you are on your own 👌.

🔹You will talk to customers on the phone - you will inform, help, advise;
🔹You will record requests in the system (nothing scary - we will teach you everything);
🔹You will collaborate with colleagues and share advice;
🔹You will achieve good results together with the team and have a fun time.

🔹A full training package (experience is not necessary);
