In this position, your responsibilities will be:
- Smooth communication with customers regarding warranty and non-warranty repair services.
- Acceptance of goods for service work.
- Dispatch of goods.
- Coordination of repair estimates.
What do we expect from you:
- Experience in the field of goods repair (warranty/non-warranty).
- Responsibility
- Computer literacy
- Pleasant and helpful communication.
- English language skills
- Category B driver's license (advantage).
