Your job functions will be:
- Serve the company's existing customers (95% - with existing customers, without cold selling);
- Accept inquiries, provide information, coordinate customer issues;
- Enter data into systems (CRM, internal platforms);
- Build trusting relationships, strengthen customer loyalty;
- Replace colleagues during their vacation or illness, if necessary.
