Customer Service (Orders) Manager 0.5 full-time

Fixed-term employment contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extending the term.

What will your job look like:

• You will collect orders for goods by phone from existing customers and register in the system;
• You will administer and coordinate the execution of customer orders, ensuring their implementation;
• You will inform and consult customers about the progress of the order and delivery terms;
• You will actively inform about prices, ongoing promotions and news;
• You will cooperate closely with sales managers to ensure a smooth work process.

What do we expect from you?

• Sociability and the ability to negotiate and find solutions on the fly;
• The ability to effectively organize, plan and prioritize your work;
• You like to work in a team, but do not shy away from individual work;
• You have skills in MS Office programs;
• You have the opportunity to work 4 hours a day (Monday-Friday).
