We are looking for someone who would advise customers by phone, e-mail and live chat channels, evaluate consumer loan applications and administer granted credits. The work will be carried out according to a pre-arranged schedule, including work in the evenings and on weekends.

What job awaits you?
- Professional customer service by phone, e-mail and online live chat channels;
- Assessment of customer creditworthiness according to the rules established by the company;
- Assessment of consumer loan applications, granting and administration of loans;
- Analysis of information, income, liabilities and other data provided by the customer;
- Preparation of refinancing offers for the customer's existing liabilities;
- Administration of granted credits.
We believe that you would do best in this position if
- Have experience in customer service, loan issuance, refinancing, financial services or administration;
- Be attentive, thorough, complete work on time and to the end;
- Be able to accurately assess information, work with numbers and notice discrepancies;
- Have good computer skills;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian;
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients in writing and by phone;
- Be positive, responsible and able to work according to established rules.
