We invite you to join our team and become an important link between customers, production and logistics.
Your daily routine:
- Administer customer orders from receipt to shipment;
- Consolidate and update order information in the ERP ("Jeeves") system;
- Plan cargo shipments, order transport and monitor delivery progress;
- Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail and inform about order fulfillment;
- Search for the most suitable solutions to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time;
- Issue invoices and prepare export reports;
- Monitor cargo transportation, maintain contact with customers.
You are a great fit for us if:
- You like to communicate and are able to build professional relationships with customers;
- You are organized, attentive to details and able to manage several tasks at once;
- You are able to quickly respond to changes and find solutions;
- You are confident working with a computer and quickly understand new systems;
- You have the English language skills necessary for daily work;
- Experience working with ERP systems, logistics or customer order administration would be a great advantage.
